Affirmations List 1.
Here are a list of Affirmations for you to download and print for your own use.
Affirmations are statements we affirm to our self about how we would like to be or how we would like to be able to think of ourself.
Print the list on to a piece of light card (paper falls apart too easily), cut out each one and place on your desk so that you will be reminded to affirm each one to yourself regularly. Say each affirmaiton to yourself as many times a day as you can, in time you will begin to think positively of the affirmation.
